Haystax is one of five finalists for Contractor of the Year ($75 million-$300 million), and Van Vleet is one of four finalists for Executive of the Year in the same revenue category. Sponsored by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Services Council, these prestigious awards are presented at an evening gala drawing more than 1,000 industry and government leaders. The Contractor of the Year award is presented to a government contractor in the Greater Washington-area for distinguished financial and operational accomplishments. The Executive of the Year award is presented to a Greater Washington-area C-level executive who made outstanding contributions to his/her company, the community and the government contracting industry during the past year.
