Haystax, a Fishtech Group company, has won a top spot in the 2019 Cybersecurity Excellence Awards, the third such recognition in as many years. Another company in which Fishtech is a strategic investor, Perch Security, also won multiple awards.

Haystax is Gold Winner for Most Innovative Cybersecurity Company between 10 and 49 employees, and Perch has won Silver for Best Cybersecurity Startup between 10 and 49 employees — both in the Cybersecurity Company Award category. In the Product Award category, the Perch Security Managed Threat Detection and Response Platform additionally has won Gold for Intrusion Detection & Prevention; Gold for Security Monitoring and Silver for Threat Detection, Intelligence and Response.

The Cybersecurity Excellence Awards were created by Cybersecurity Insiders and the Information Security Community on LinkedIn with the goal of recognizing companies, products and professionals that demonstrate excellence, innovation and leadership in information security. The winners were selected based on the strength of their nomination as well as votes and comments received from the 400,000 members of the Information Security Community.
