Gary Fish

Gary’s focus is to set strategy, assemble top talent, point the team in the right direction and let them do what they do best. Gary has over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, technologist and CEO in the cybersecurity space. In his career he has bought and sold over a dozen companies and established himself as a thought leader in his space. Gary founded and built FishNet Security, the largest cybersecurity integrator in the world, and he also founded FireMon, the first software company focused on firewall policy orchestration. Gary graduated from DeVry University and was a proud member of the US Army National Guard.

Jason Dombkowski
President
Jason leads the Haystax team and is a senior public safety executive with more than 25 years’ experience in technology deployment and advancement, business development, strategic alliance, and governmental affairs. A visionary in public safety digital technology, Jason was one of the country’s first law enforcement leaders to deploy body-worn cameras in the field over a decade ago. Previously he held a leadership role at Utility, Inc., a leading digital systems provider. Jason is a retired Chief of Police, former President of the Indiana Chiefs of Police, and a graduate of the FBI National Academy at Quantico, VA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree in Technology from Purdue University.

David Brown
Chief Revenue Officer
Dave leads the Haystax Field and Sales operations and his public safety executive experience with 35 years of leadership integrating teams and technology for improved service capacity. His areas of expertise include increasing operational efficiency, improving integration and alignment between key teams, developing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and leveraging technology to improve planning, service delivery, critical event response and recovery. David, a retired Chief of Police and a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Session #243, has responsibility for field operations, customer success and sales functions. He holds an undergraduate degree from Park University and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas.

Kirk Cerny
Chief Strategy Officer
Kirk is an accomplished strategist and security technologist with two decades of experience in public and private C-Suites. Kirk specializes in strategy, methodologies, and technologies that enable prevention, detection, response, and recovery from external and insider threats. Most recently, Kirk served as Solutions Director and Principal Solutions Architect at Cyderes, the #1 cybersecurity MSSP in the world. He holds an undergraduate degree in Human Biology and a masters degree in Higher Education from the University of Kansas.

Susan Oliver
Vice President, Customer Success
Susan is responsible for deploying and supporting Haystax's insider threat mitigation and safety and security solutions. She has over two decades of consulting and industry experience, including over 10 years supporting policy and program development for the U.S. government. Susan holds a Masters in Forensic Sciences with a concentration in Security Management and a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University. She is also a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional.

Doug Pasley
Vice President, Field Operations
Doug is responsible for deploying and supporting Haystax's safety and security solutions in field operations. He has over 25 years of law enforcement experience, including over 15 years supporting is planning and supporting large scale events. Doug holds a MA in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of South Florida and a BA in Behavioral Science from National-Louis University.

Dan Branley
Director, Software Engineering
Dan is responsible for product development of the Haystax Analytics Platform and operations of Haystax’s SaaS offerings. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of building enterprise products, from hands-on development to managing software engineering teams in multiple countries. He has spent most of his career in the financial services industry, along with several years in federal government contracting. Most recently he was responsible for the Advanced Analytics Platform at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, a machine-learning platform for financial crime detection. Dan holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Averett University.

Mike is is responsible for translating vision, strategy into product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and developing product features. Mike brings over 15 years of experience, having previously worked on building analytics solutions for physical security and business intelligence.
